Sheet Metal Parts

The sheet metal part is carbon steel Q235 material, the thickness is 6mm, and the weight is 1.1kg.

The sheet metal part process for this part is blanking+punching+bending.

The white powder coated protector cover is used in industrial filed, as there is powder coating surface finish, so we will pack with bubble bag separately for every part to prevent the damage in the shipping process. And the protector cover is shipped to US, so the outer packaging is non-coniferous wooden case or frame.

We also can provide OEM packaging as customer requirement.
