Our metal spinning cover is made by 3mm thickness Q235 material. It’s a cover of tank used in yacht. The surface treatment is black powder coating. And the powder should be UK powder since the parts will be used outside for more than 5 years. The diameter of this part is 60cm.
We develop toolings and samples according to customers’ technical drawings.
We have ISO certificate and follow the quality system strictly. We have 20 sets CNC spinning machines to meet different request of different sizes parts.

2. The spun machine have a very big working station, so most metal spun parts are easy to manufacture.
3. 0.2mm to 4.0mm thickness material panel are available.
4. Number Control Machine: it is easy to make stainless steel, because stainless steel is hard.
