Sand casting is relatively cheap, so iron casting and aluminum sand casting products are widely used for many kinds of fields, such as heavy machinery, agriculture, construction, and industry.

Our aluminum sand casting monotube is used as industrial spare part.

The material is A356, surface is clean, remove all sharp edges and burrs.

General tolerance for iron casting and aluminum sand casting products are according to ISO8062-CT12, the surface roughness could meet Ra12.2 or better according to the sand.

There are different sands for option to meet requirements from customers. Such as resin sand, hot sand, green sand, and clay sand.

We will provide 100% safety & economic package for every shipment.

For the parts that have surface treatment, such as zinc plating, painting or powder coating, we will pack them individually by bubble or PE foam.

For the parts without surface treatment, we will pack into inner carton(less than 20kg/ctn) +non-coniferous wooden case/pallet (less than 1 ton).
