New Machining Part Aluminum Pivot Support Base

Our new products aluminum pivot support base was made by machining + welding process. All the separated parts made by machining, then weld them together.

The aluminum plate was made by our CNC center which is much suitable to do plate machining products. Our cost of these kinds of parts is about 50% cheaper than others.

The aluminum and stainless steel shaft is made by CNC lathe and turn-milling compound. The speeding is 2 minutes per part. We can weld 400 pieces one day. 

One batch quantity for this part is 5000pcs, we need about 25-30 days to finish all of them.
