For this part, the material is 20Mn2, 0.7Kg, Normalizing, surface finish is clean+deburr sharp edges and anti rust oil to prevent the part will be rusted in the sea shipment.

Our forging is Sino-US Joint Ventures company, certified by ISO9001, IATF16949. So we can provide PPAP documents.
And we have the ability to make mould, precision forging, machining, heat treatment, power coating in house.
There’re 4 forging lines introduced from Russia. Two 1000 ton lines, one 1600 ton line, one 2500 ton line. Yearly capacity can reach 8000 ton.
